    idex24 allows you the flexibility to input data through FTP, email or even web upload. In case depots do have a file creation software, the system provides a simple and easy to use web user interface.

    idex24 accepts all standard ISO EDI files. Depots can continue with the EDI formats they are using currently.
      3. Customized Data Retrieval
       
    The data can be made available to the customer’s IT system in any required format. This means there is no change required to be done in the IT environment of the users. The data can be made available as ANSI, XML or in any other format.
      4. Online Activity Status Summary
       
    Asset owners lose out when containers remain idle due to the time lag between rentals. idex24 generates online summary statements giving you exact details on the movement of your containers on an almost real time basis.
      5. Clean data validation service
       
    Customers can choose any number of validations from a list of over 130 that idex24 supports. Once switched on, the system will ensure that the data received from the depots, terminals and factories is verified for the validations that are switched on. The system will automatically trigger emails to the concerned origin of data informing them about the non compliance. This removes the need for any manual corrections at the customer’s side, thus directly enhancing business efficiency.
